One of the main reasons your stream disconnects is that your internet isn’t working properly on your mobile, be it Wi-Fi or Mobile Data. Till the time your Wi-Fi disconnects and shifts to mobile data, your stream will disconnect. And we truly understand the pain of the internet not working 🥲 Because what really is life and gaming without the internet these days, right?

But thankfully, we have a solution. When you’re streaming and your internet connection starts to give up on you, remember that we haven’t and we’ve got your back! Now don’t go through all the hassle of restarting a stream, inviting your audience again. Simply Reconnect!

How can I enable stream disconnect protection on Turnip App?

During your livestream, if you lose your internet connection, it will automatically reconnect!

Just in case your stream is stuck due to the internet and doesn’t automatically come back in 4–5 tries, you can click on the button at the bottom to reconnect your stream.

What will happen if it doesn’t reconnect?

Well, if your stream still does not come back, it will unfortunately end! ❌
So always make sure you have a well functioning internet because who wants to go offline in the middle of an intense stream, right?
